DELIVERI IN LATVIA
Minimum order amount: 30 EUR
Delivery fee:
Riga district, Marupe, Pinki, Jurmala:
1. for orders from 30 EUR, the delivery fee is 5 EUR;
2. free delivery for orders from 50 EUR.

The order is delivered once a week by courier – on Fridays.
Orders received from Monday to Wednesday are delivered on Friday of the same week until 18.00.

Orders received from Thursday to Sunday are dispatched on Friday of the following week until 18.00 18.00.

The buyer is informed about the exact delivery time individually by e-mail or phone on Friday morning.

DELIVERY TO ESTONIA AND LITHUANIA

Delivery only with PARCEL MACHINES

When placing an order, select DELIVERY TYPE:

DELIVERY WITH PARCEL MACHINE, then choose the nearest parcel machine to your location.
Delivery fee by parcel: EUR

The shipment will be delivered to the selected parcel machine within 48 hours from the payment of the invoice.
You can pick up a parcel from the parcel machine at any time, because the parcel lockers installed on the street can be used 24 hours a day.

Ordering the product

When placing an order in the online store www.karotites.lv, the Buyer receives an automatically generated order confirmation to the specified e-mail address. If the Buyer has not received the order confirmation from the online store www.karotites.lv to the specified e-mail address, please get in touch with us by writing to: [email protected] or calling: 26391100 to make sure that the order has been registered. On working days, within 24 hours after order confirmation, the Buyer receives a prepaid invoice to the specified e-mail address.
